The support you need
For me, collaboration between therapist and client is key to getting the most out of therapy. I offer a warm, confidential and non-judgemental environment where you are supported to work through your difficulties, at your own pace. Sessions can be facilitated in person at a convenient Dublin city centre location, by video or by phone.
Tailored to you
As a humanistic, integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to each individual; drawing upon different therapies such as CBT, psychodynamic and person-centred to help you get to the root cause of your distress. I help clients tap into their inner strengths and resources and make positive changes in their lives. I have experience working with a range of issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, work-related issues, burnout, grief, trauma, abuse, self-esteem, relationship issues and personal development.
Education and Professional membership
I am a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP), and adhere to their code of ethics and standards of practice. Committed to professional development, I regularly attend workshops and seminars, as well as on-going supervision. I hold a first class BSc (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Middlesex University, a Diploma in Counselling & Psychotherapy from PCI College and a Diploma in Traumatology & PTSD from City Colleges.
